Complete Guide To Upload O’Level Result on JAMB Portal CAPS

In Nigeria, your O’ level result is just as important as your JAMB score for getting into college. This result can be from either WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. No matter what O’ level exam you took, getting at least credits in your five (5) core courses is important and a requirement for your admission.

Before any school (University, Polytechnics, or Colleges of Education) will consider you for admission, you must have taken either the WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. The only way the school will know you have taken these exams is if you can show them the results when they ask.

So, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, or JAMB, made a way for students to upload their O’ level results when they signed up for JAMB.

But not all students can take advantage of this chance because they might not have their O’ level results ready when they sign up for JAMB.

Then comes the question of how students who registered for JAMB using “awaiting result” will be able to upload their WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results to JAMB Portal. In fact, students who do not upload their O’ level results to JAMB Portal risk losing their admission, but guess what? I’ve got you covered.

Now, all you have to do is sit back and relax while I tell you exactly how to upload your WAEC and NECO results to the JAMB portal. ENJOY!!!.

Before we start, let’s make sure that your WAEC or NECO scores were uploaded to your JAMB CAPS correctly.

Here’s how to check if your O’Level results have been uploaded to the JAMB Portal.

How to tell if your O’level results have been sent to the JAMB portal

To check if your O’level results have been uploaded, you need to be able to access your JAMB Caps. This means you need to have your Registration Email and password handy.

Now that you have this information, you can follow the steps below…

How To Check the uploaded result on Jamb Portal

To finish this process, you’ll need your email address and password to get to your JAMB Caps. Don’t know how to get these things yet? see How to Make a JAMB Profile and Get to It in 2022

It would take you about 4 minutes to do this.

Step 1: Visit JAMB Student’s Login Page: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/

Next, look for “Check Admission Status” in the sidebar on the left of your JAMB profile homepage. (If you’re on a mobile phone, you can find this by clicking the Menu button at the top right of the page).

Step 3: On the next page, click “Access JAMB Caps.”

Jamb profile lets you get Jamb Caps.
Then, on the next page, click “Access JAMB Caps.” This will give you access to your JAMB Central admission processing system, where you can accept or reject admission, accept a transfer, and check to see if your O’ level results have been uploaded to JAMB.

Step 4: Click “My O’Level” to see whether or not your results were uploaded.

Check the uploaded result on the Jamb
Once you have clicked on the Access JAMB Caps button, you will be taken to your JAMB CAPS page. On this page, find the “My O’level” option and click on it, as shown in the image above.

Here, you can check to see if your results have been sent.

A/R stands for “awaiting result,” so if you see A/R in the grade section of the My O’level page, it means you haven’t uploaded your results yet.
If your O’ Level result has already been uploaded, you don’t need to do anything else. If it hasn’t been uploaded yet, follow the steps I’m about to show you.
